Please add products to your basket for an accurate shippping quote.
When you place an order that is to be delivered overseas, you may be subject to taxes, levies, customs fees, duties, and any other related fees, on receipt. Contact the local customs office for further information on any additional charges.
All orders are sent by either Standard Royal Mail services or Parcelforce. For Europe & Worldwide it will be an international courier and tracking details can be obtained on request.
We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2 working days following the date your payment is accepted.
Personalised orders can take 3-5 working days to be dispatched due to them being handmade. Please do let us know if you are working to a certain deadline and we will do out best to accomodate you. Please bear with us at Christmas time as we get very busy indeed!
Approximate delivery times after dispatch;
UK: 5-7 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail
Europe: 8-10 working days after dispatch via international courier
Rest of World: 12-14 working days after dispatch
You are entitled to return Goods that are, in a material respect, actually damaged or defective, and that are returned to ‘Illuminated Canvas’ unused, unwashed, and unsoiled (“Defective Goods”), and you will be entitled to a refund for such Defective Goods. All goods must be returned within 28 days. Unfortunately we cannot exchange any damaged or used items. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Please note we do not refund any personalised products (it was made just for you!) but will of course provide a replacement if there seems to be a fault (within 1 year).
To return Defective Goods to ‘Illuminated Canvas’, please:
* enclose the order sheet (which comes with your Order and has your order information and contact details on) and indicate the reason for the return; and
* place the Defective Goods in the original packaging, safely and securely pack the Goods in appropriate shipment packaging, attach the Order sheet, and send it back to:
When returning Defective Goods you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. ‘Illuminated Canvas’ will not accept responsibility and will not provide a refund for parcels lost in transit.
If you have bought your canvas from a shop please return it directly to them.
